However, Dr. Steve Mohorn and Becca both were caring and compassionate, and made it a point to put me at ease. They communicated with me throughout the procedure to ensure that I felt no pain or discomfort, which was greatly appreciated. I was in a lot of pain and any procedure for me makes me nervous. Using the nitrous oxide gas was very helpful. The assistant was very nice and reassuring. The procedure itself was painless and was over quickly. My experience was a positive one.

I was really nervous about this procedure, and was not expecting to have to have this done. Lisa was assisting me when I first got there and made my experience so amazing. Everyone i encountered was so helpful and understanding with how nervous I was. The procedure was basically painless and went as smooth as possible. I want to thank each and every one that assisted with my procedure and consultation yesterday. From the time I walked in until I left. It was pleasant and very comfortable considering you are not sure what is going to take place with the problem you have, or what you need to do to correct the problem. Dr. Steven Mohorn excellent in every way. Took the time in the evaluation of my tooth. Was able to go ahead and get this problem corrected, and on my way to recovery. I did not hurt after the procedure at any time. All I can say is that the complete office and staff are exceptional and professional in every way.

First off, let me say that I am a 40 year old baby when it comes to the "dentist". I was terrified...until I walked into this office. The space is absolutely beautiful and calming and I surely did not feel like I was in a dr's office. The staff greeted me with a smile and guided me to fill out paperwork. The first thing I noticed while talking to the staff were the patients checking out- they were laughing and smiling and seemed to be in no discomfort, so I was like..."I got this!". Korie called my name to come back and asked me did I need to use the restroom before going back, waited outside and walked me to the room. I am a super detail oriented person, so I had 20 questions once I was in the chair..." is this going to hurt? Are you sure they are going to numb me good? Are you SURE they are going to numb me good??? What IS a root canal exactly and how do they do it? How long is it going to take?" She answered EVERY one of my questions thoroughly and never once seemed inconvenienced by them. Every thing she did to get me prepped she explained before she did it. Dr Steven Mohorn came in and had such a great calm and friendly personality. He told me everything he was going to do and what the experience would be like before he got started. I confidently turned up the music in my headphones, laid back and relaxed. Before you know it, I was finished. NO pain. No discomfort. It was exactly like they said it would be and I just couldn't believe what a breeze it was. I have been so excited to tell people what a great experience I had at this office!!!

My experience was unexpectedly pleasant! I have never had dental work without some pain so I expected a root canal to be no different, if not worse. I can say this is the best dental experience that I have had. Both Dr. Malueg and Barbara were compassionate and kept me informed throughout the entire appointment. Best of all the procedure was comfortable and pain-free!
