I was able to immediately get an appointment for a consultation and was scheduled the next day for root canal therapy-molar. Debbie gave me headphones so I could listen to my country music during the procedure and offered me a warm blanket for my comfort. Glasses were also provided for my safety. Dr. Baird was so warm and friendly. He confirmed what AAA had told me about traveling Rt. 29 from Greensboro to PA. He was very personable and professional. I have had several root canals in PA, but none could compare to Dr. Baird's expertise. It was painless and a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Baird and this practice to anyone who needs this treatment.

I like the way Dr Stanley was very patient and spoke in a gentle, calming manner. His assistants were very nice to me, but I was still nervous when the doctor came in. The doctor explained (my issue) in terms that I could understand and then provided suggestions. When I went back for the second visit, he performed an unscheduled surgery and everyone jumped in to help right away without complaining. It is great to have a skilled doctor that explains and stays in the room until all of your questions are answered. He never got irritated because of my many questions. I have been at other offices where I feel like a number (because they are rushing to the next patient), but this office treated me like a person. Other than the reason of why I was going there (lol), my experience was wonderful.

I was impressed with everyone I came in contact with. All were professional and very good at their job especially Debbie who assisted Dr. Morgan. As a team they were impressive. I have never had a root canal before and both Debbie & Dr. Morgan went above and beyond what I would consider "normal" to make sure I understood the procedure and was comfortable with everything they were going to do and doing. I could not have been more pleased with my visit / treatment and I am sincerely thankful I was fortunate enough to be referred to Piedmont Endodontics and have seen Dr. Morgan and Debbie.

My procedure was a root canal. The very words are scary. However, my experience was anything but. The prepping of the tooth was such that I never felt any pain or discomfort for the entire session. I was given a warming blanket and asked many times if I was okay. The professionalism and care for my comfort was excellent. I was given instructions both verbally and written for my recovery. I had no pain after the numbing wore off. My experience was nothing short of phenomenal!

I had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Baird, and have gotten to know his beautiful family, as his son and my grandson play football together. I recently asked Dr. Baird about an implant that I have needed for years at a football practice, not realizing then that in a few weeks I would be at my general dentist in Winston Salem with a hugh toothache in a tooth under my crown next to the space where the implant was needed. Your practice was highly recoommended by Dr. Ted Clark in Winston, as well as other dentists whom I know. I was so glad to see Dr. Baird was part of the practice, and was able to get an appointment almost immediately. I was blown away at the kindness, efficiency, and amazing expertise he performed in doing the root canal. And he was able to save the crown!!!!! I'm not even sure that i'm supposed to tell you about how generous he was in re to the cost of the procedure. It was na Blessing from God. So, I will be singing his praises for a long time, as well as realizing that we have such a great practice in this community to be so thankful for. It was after 4 pm and I was worked in as an emergency case. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. I walked into the office in so much pain I had a difficult time thinking clearly, but from the front staff to the chair side assistant to Dr. Stanley I was made to feel as ease about my situation. They worked swiftly to bring relief to my pain. Thank you so much. Hopefully I will not be in need of your services again, but if I should I would not want anyone else to help me but you.

I drive here from Virginia because of a wonderful experience I had prior. Dr. Steven Mohorn is extremely good at what he does, he is friendly & professional. Becca was an excellent assistant & they both made me feel comfortable. They got right into caring for me and was extremely careful with a painful tooth issue that I had. If needed I would definitely go back over any other office.

I was nervous coming in since I've had very limited dental problems (thank goodness). But immediately, I was put at ease by the staff with their warm welcome and greetings. All around, the staff was nice and sincere. Dr. Morgan explained everything thoroughly. Having never been to an Endo practice before, I truly didn't know what to expect. Turns out, I worried for nothing! A few hours later and I'm feeling okay. I'd definitely return if I had the need and would certainly recommend P. E. to friends and family. I have had three root canals at Piedmont orthodontics and each one was quick and easy with little waiting at check in. The Doctors and staff are courteous and polite. They always explain what to expect during and after the procedure.
