Dr. Grine provided outstanding, exceptional care while performing a very unpleasant root canal. He was patient, calming, and explained what he was doing step by step. Dr Morrow has an incredibly gentle touch and ensured that I was comfortable the entire time. His assistant Savanna was efficient, friendly, and reassuring as well. A wonderful experience and that is usually hard to say when you go to the dentist. I was there approximately an hour. Lynn checked me in and out and she was so nice and helpful. Then I went back to exam room, where Sherry took over getting me ready for my root canal procedure. She was absolutely fabulous and made me feel like we had been friends for years. Next was Dr. Hagood, who was very professional but made me feel like he truly cared about my dental issue which he took care of that pain free. I didn't even feel the needle when he injected the novocaine. Just a wonderful experience. I would recommend this office to any and everyone who needs dental care. A big "Thank you" to my new friends Lynn, Sherry, and Dr. Hagood. And by the way, I am feeling great with no discomfort and my smile is back. My primary care dentist Dr. Peer and his great staff took over where Dr Hagood left off and life is good again. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Today, Dr. Schweitzer performed a root canal for me, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. First, I met with Devin, who performed several tests on my tooth and took X-rays. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. Dr. Schweitzer then reviewed the X-rays with me and explained that I had an infection pocket under a 20-year-old root canal. He clearly outlined my options and was both confident and compassionate in his explanation, which gave me great peace of mind about moving forward. That afternoon, Dr. Schweitzer and his dental hygienist, Sherry, performed the root canal. They explained every step throughout the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable and informed the entire time. I truly can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Schweitzer and his wonderful team!

I saw Dr. Hagood. It was a great visit. I had some trepidation initially, but Sherry and Dr. Hagood exceeded any expectations I could have had. They were wonderful. Dr. Schweizer and his staff displayed excellence in their respective jobs, and I felt very much at ease during check-in, the dental procedure, and check- out. This staff is one of the best examples of teamwork, in terms of caring for their dental patients, that I have ever seen. When I need another root canal, I will confidently return to Piedmont Endodontics where I know I will receive excellent care.
