Dr. Horowitz and Piedmont Endodontics were wonderful. I very much appreciated Dr. Horowitz's kind manner as well as keeping me informed about how the procedure was going. I had very little pain after the novocaine wore off and absolutely no pain the next morning. He did an excellent job and I will be sure to return here if I need treatment in the future of this nature. Thank you!

The office was able to fit me in same day for emergency root canal. Receptionist, dental assistant, and doctor were so great, they made what I thought was the worst day of my life not so bad. Thankful for the superior care they provided. I would recommend this office one hundred times over. Best dental experience!

I was extremely nervous and hesitant about getting a root canal. After the pain became unbearable, I decided to call and make an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in that evening. Dr. Horwitz and the other staff explained every step and helped put me at ease. Throughout the entire procedure, I had no questions about what was taking place because of their detailed explanations. I was very please with the care that I received.

everyone was so kind and explained what to expect in each part of the experience from the moment I walked in the door. Kayla put her hand on my shoulder to comfort me when I was a little jumpy at start of appt. Dr. Horwitz explained what he was going to do before starting the procedure but also continued to give me updates on how it was going throughout the procedure. I especially appreciated when I could expect to hear some noises. Everyone was efficient and yet didn't appear rushed even though they were busy. They were all really great.

Dr. Horowitz and his staff were so nice during my visit. They calmed my fears and I almost went to sleep while he was working on me. He was very professional and started working on me within 5 min. after I got in the treatment room. If I ever need any more work done regarding root canals, I will definitely go back to him.

Dr. and Assistant were fabulous. Excellent work and no "beating around the bush". Did a fantastic job with obvious professionalism and proficiency. Obviously concerned about the time of the procedure for the benefit of the patient and the completeness/success of the procedure. Great teamwork.

I was an extremely nervous and anxious patient and can honestly say that the staff and Dr. Horwitz are wonderful. I was seen at the Winston Salem office but that was not an option in the dropdown menu during this survey so I wanted to mention the office team. This team is top notch and put me as ease with how they explained the process to me and allowed me ask questions and moments to have a break to keep me comfortable during the procedure.

Called the High Point Office for an appointment where I had received numerous root canals. They referred me to the new Winston Office which had an opening the next day with Dr. Horwitz. The procedure was professional, painless and went quickly without complications as it was a single root tooth.

I had to go to the Winston Salem location for an emergency root canal. Hopefully, I will never need to come back, but if I did have a dental emergency, I would gladly return. I was/am very afraid of dental procedures, the whole staff was encouraging and comforting. Even after the procedure, they called to check on me and quickly helped with an issue I was having with the antibiotics. This was as pleasant as could possibly be for a dental visit.

I enjoyed the experience. Nothing that I want to repeat anytime soon, but if needed this is a place I would gladly return. Everything was very clean and the staff was accommodating and nice. Even the way they communicated with each other behind the counter was professional yet comfortable and relaxed. It is obvious that they enjoy their jobs and care about the patients. Dr. Horwitz was also great! He explained everything carefully and seemed to work efficiently.
