I had a great deal of pain in a tooth. I was sent to a Endodontist in the city but he couldn't identify the problem tooth and said it had to get worse before they could do anything. I was already up 3 times a night with a large amount of pain along with many hours during the day. I didn't know how much more I could stand. The tooth throbbed at times like a bad tooth ache. I wanted to get a second opinion. I had had a very good experience with the Piedmont Endodontics group of doctors in the past so asked to see someone. I saw Dr. Matt Baird. His assistants quickly identified the problem (Dawn and Debbie were excellent). Dr. Baird was easy to talk with and he was basically painless with the shot which I was amazed. Even though I was the last patient of the day, he and his two assistants were very efficient, thorough but not rushed. Wonderful experience....if that is possible. Thank you Dr. Baird.

Dr. Morgan was great! He was gentle and calming and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. They made a nerve racking experience calm and educational. I would not think twice before choosing him again in any need.

I had a root canal on a pre-molar with Dr. Morgan and his awesome assistant the day before my visit with Dr. Stanley. While Dr. Morgan did a great job, due to where the nerve was located with this tooth I remained in pain. I came in and saw Dr. Stanley who explained why I was having pain still. This was basically due to like having a bad bruise on the bone around this cluster of nerves that ran the entire jaw line. Dr. Stanley explained he would give me a steroid injection to settle things down, but it might not be comfortable like and steroid injection. I would say the Novocain injection was the worst part and it wasn't bad. He was finished with the steroid injection in no time and let me know it would take about 4 hours to work. He was right on the money. 4 hours later I felt so much relief. Thank you Dr. Stanley for being the best! I hope it's a long time before I ever have to see you again, but if the need arises, you are my first choice!

I would certainly recommend Piedmont to anyone. I could not have been treated any better. All assistants and the Doctor were super nice. If I ever have to have another procedure I will definitely request that Dr. Malueg be the dentist that does it.

Dr. Baird was so kind and understanding of the anxiety that i have with any procedure that needs to be done to my mouth. He explained everything to me and listened with such care and concern to me tell of why I have this fear. He is truly a very caring Dr. and he has such a calming presence about him that made my visit a lot less stressful. During the procedure he talked to me and made sure that I was doing ok. His staff was so very helpful and kind as well. They also took very great care of me. I will highly recommend Dr. Baird and his wonderful staff.

All the staff and the 2 doctors that I've seen so far have all been wonderful to work with. You can tell they care about their patients. The office is a very nice & comfortable atmosphere, which is important especially when I am already anxious to have these procedures done. Having the actual Root Canal is not what I expected whatsoever. I'm not a very good patient when it comes to Dental procedures so my anxiety was topping the chart. I have to say the staff, from beginning to end, made this an experience which provided understanding, care and compassion. I was much more relaxed than I anticipated. Dr. Stanley and his assistant, Sherry communicated each step to me explaining the "why" and "how" clearly painting what to expect and made sure that I experienced little to no discomfort. I never thought I would say this, but going to the dentist was actually a positive experience. Great job!!

Their "chair side manner" is superior and their technique is even better. The office is lovely and a soothing environment. Even though I don't remember which doctor did my root canal 7 years ago here, I do remember how great of an experience it was. The one thing that is consistent here is the service and the caring attitudes of everyone here. I mean from the receptionist to the doctor's assistant. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else.
