I was able to get an appointment to Piedmont quickly based on a referral from my primary dentist which was important since I had already pre-medicated for the initial visit that morning to my primary dentist. Dr. Malueg and her assistant Rachael were both pleasant and attentive. During my procedure, both were careful to explain not only what they were doing, but more importantly to me, why they were doing it. Prior to starting, Dr. Malueg informed me of the worst case and best case potential scenarios and what they would be looking for towards a positive outcome. This way I was aware of the full range of expectations rather than being surprised by the results. I highly recommend Dr. Malueg and Piedmont Endodontics.

During my procedure the fan was good and the little distraction while the needle was used to numb the affected area worked well. The chair in the waiting area was comfortable. This was an emergency and I was thrilled to get this done so quickly.

Dr Morgan was very reassuring. I told him that I often need extra Novocain and he asked often during the procedure if I was still comfortable. He explained, in detail, what I should expect and how things should feel once the numbness wore off as well as went over all the aftercare information.

This was a good experience. The assistant was excellent. The doctor was good to explain the procedure. He also kept me informed that everything was going good and that I was doing good. The assistant and doctor worked really good together. The doctor and assistant, Lisa, were both good with the instructions for what I need to do following the appointment. Overall a good experience.

I was a work in patient and was treated very nicely by all your staff, I was very nervous about the work that was to be done. I was quickly calmed and knew that I was in GOOD HANDS with Sherry, and also with Dr. Stanley when came into the room. I could not have asked for any better treatment that day. If I ever have to come back I would request these 2 to handle my treatment.

This place is one in a million. They truly invest in every single patient. They will not do anything without telling you first. Dr. Stanley went above and beyond to make sure I even understood why he was doing each step. The entire experience was great considering I'm scared to death of the dentist...hence why I needed a root canal! I'm not sure it marked my stars but this place is FIVE STAR all the way!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There just aren't words that accurately describe my experience at Piedmont Endodontics. Every person I encountered (Lisa,Tonya and Dr. Morgan are the ones I can remember their name) from the moment I walked in until the moment I left were kind, considerate and accommodating (even giving me a blanket during my procedure so I could stay warm). Most people dread going to the dentist/endodontist and wouldn't leave thinking it was a fabulous experience but I (unfortunately) have had this experience twice in the last few months and on both occasions, I have been very impressed with everyone I have encountered and the care I have received. If you HAVE to have a root canal...may I HIGHLY suggest you have it done at Piedmont Endodonitics...they are an incredible group of individuals.

I mentioned to the assistant that everyone at Piedmont Endodontics must be given a happy pill or chocolate upon coming to work each day. Everyone was so pleasurable and seemed to be genuinely happy! Makes for an undesirable trip for dental work a breeze! If I should ever need endodontics in the future, I will definitely return to the Greensboro office.

This was my first visit to the facility, for a root canal, and I was quite anxious. Both Tonya and Dr. Morgan made me feel comfortable, explaining the procedure step by step, so I knew what to expect. They were both very caring, and definitely put the needs of their patients first.
