Words just cannot express how thankful I am that I met Dr Leslie and her staff. I was very nervous about having this procedure as it has been a very long time since I have had a root canal. They explained everything before doing anything to me so I could understand what was going to happen. I became so relaxed knowing how much they cared about what they were doing to me. When the procedure was over I was overwhelmed how much of a different experience this was compared to the one many years ago. A root canal procedure is a very nerve-racking experience to go into (pun intended). Everyone I encountered at the Greensboro office were thoughtful, patient, and most-importantly professional. There was seamless transition in every aspect of my procedure and I was consistently kept calm and informed of what was happening. I could tell my well-being was if the utmost consideration and my safety never felt questionable or compromised. Everything was clean and sterile and post-procedural directions were clear and well-explained. I would definitely recommend others to use this group in the future.

I can't pick a favorite. The entire experience was the best ever. The root canal was nearly pain-free. I was given ear phones for music, reassurance throughout the entire process. I was informed that the procedure would take about 45 minutes--it seemed much shorter. I was offered juice, water, and coffee afterwards. The staff walked me to my car to be sure I was ok. If you need a root canal you couldn't go to a better office.

I am one of those Nervous Ninnies with anxiety issues, and Dr. Baird is one of those exceptional Dentist with patience, understanding and kindness. He got me to relax so well during my over an hour surgery, that dare I say it, but he actually had me humming to a song I was listening to!!! I really do not do well at all with dental visits, so I consider Dr. Baird exceptional. I can't thank Dr. Baird and Ashley enough. They are a Dynamic Duo! I highly recommend them to anyone, but especially if you have anxiety issues. "Deep breaths, in and out through your nose, just relax and think calm thoughts!!!" Thanks again for making my surgery very manageable for me.

Dr. Maleug was absolutely wonderful. I have had three root canals (two with other endodontists) and she was the gentlest of all. I did not even feel the novacaine shots. Her comment "You are in the drivers seat so you tell me when to stop if I need to or if you need anything else" put me immediately at ease. I was in and out of the office in 90 minutes. An absolutely perfect visit from beginning to end. I don't wish a root canal on anyone but if you need one you definitely want to be at Piedmont.

I was in so much pain from a tooth and I got in touch with Dr Baird as he was on call for emergency s and I needed a root canal. I was able to go in Saturday and get it taken care of he and his assistant were very kind and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I recomend Dr Baird as he was very careful when doing the procedure and gave detailed instructions on the steps during a root canal.
