My experience from the time I walked in to check in at the front desk with the receptionists was pleasant; Beth took my information. Everyone welcomed me with a smile. I was very pleased with Dr. Baird's assistants, Dawn and Lisa. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed because I was in severe pain with my cracked tooth. Dr. Baird and Dawn explained the procedure in detail of what needed to take place to get me out of pain. I left knowing I had been sincerely taking care of at this facility. Also the following morning I received a phone call from the office,checking on me to see how I was doing. My visit was due to a dental emergency. It was remarkable that I was seen within 1 hour of referral by my dentist. I arrived at your office and was seen immediately. Becca was wonderful from the moment she brought me back from the waiting room and throughout my entire appointment. She has exceptional customer service skills, explained everything and ensured my comfort throughout the procedure. Dr Steve Mohorn was equally caring. He informed me of the results of his assessment, clearly explained my treatment options and then was able to perform the procedure that day. He gave me clear discharge instructions. The office even called me the next day to be sure I was OK. As a very busy healthcare executive, everything about this visit exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

This was my first visit to this office and my first root canal so I was a little apprehensive. But as soon as I walked in the door-the ladies up front made me feel so welcome and made it very easy for me. As soon as I had the forms filled out-I was taken back and seated and everything was explained in detail of what was going on, etc. The entire staff made me very comfortable and I would highly recommend them! Very professional and friendly! Also-I was very impressed with how Dr. Leslie Malueg explained everything to me and also made me feel very comfortable. Her Assistant was also very knowledgeable and explained each step to me as it was going to happen, etc. So from the front office-to the back-to the Doctor-all did a great job and again I would highly recommend them!

I thought Kristin,Dr Mohorn's assistant was knowledgeable ,compassionate,understanding and kind.Dr Mohorn was professional,informative and as gentle as he was able to be considering what he had to do. I have to reiterate... "I alway experience a extremely high level of anxiety when thinking about going to a dentist." Therefore, you can only imagine my thoughts and feelings when I arrived at Piedmont Endodontics. I was so frightened! I was greeted by Kandace and Beth. I was once again reassured that Dr. Mohorn and his assistant would take great care of me. They took the time to talk with me giving me the time and attention I needed to calm my nerves. The atmosphere in the office was very calm and inviting. Dr. Mohorn was very nice and gentle. He explained everything he was doing. He washed his hands upon entering the room. I didn't feel "ANY" pain during the procedure. I can't thank him enough! The entire staff has the best "bedside manners". They truly cared about my concerns and fear! I highly recommend Piedmont Endodontics! I can honestly say I have a great Endodontist along with a great Dentist I've seen for years.

Dr. Baird was extremely through, explained everything before he did it, and listened to and answered all my questions. His assistant, Tonya B, was amazing! She explained everything so well that when it came time, I had no questions! She and Dr. Baird were gentle with me (I'm a wimp!) and didn't make me feel like I was being whiny! If I have to come back for another procedure then I would love to have these two again! But, everyone I encountered was extremely nice and courteous.

I was extremely pleased with the care I received. I do have anxiety when it comes to having dental work but Dr. Steven Mohorn and Amanda were very understanding. They did an excellent job and even checked on me the next morning. I will return if needed and will recommend this practice to everyone.

Doctor Stanley is fun, easy to communicate with, and expert in doing root canals. I thoroughly enjoyed (!) visiting with him and his assistant. They both do a superb job of explaining what will go in and is going on. I have had root canals by 3 endodontists before, and they are simply the best!

I had never had a Root Canal before & of course I was very nervous but soon found out that I shouldn't have been because everyone explained to me what they were doing & always very courteous & kept me informed through out the entire time I was there & hopefully I Never have to have another one but I would definitely go to Piedmont Endodontics & have told many people this place was where you should go without a shadow of a doubt....thank you
