First if all your office is beautiful and very inviting. The receptionist were kind, courtesy and very helpful making the check-in process easy. Faith was sweet and helped me get comfortable in the chair as I'm recovering from a double lumbar fusion. She was also excellent help to Dr. Malueg who, with kindness, gentleness and professionalism, provided some of the best dental care I have ever had! I was so impressed with my overall care and highly recommend this group to anyone needing Endodonic care!

Dr. Joshua Morrow treated me (he needs to be added to "What Dr Did You See") and he was the BEST dentist ever! This was my 4th root canal and by far the BEST! He was so patient and persevering because my tooth was a difficult one! He was so kind and gentle and kept me informed the whole way through the experience! I will highly recommend your practice and Dr Morrow for sure - and a special thanks to Dr Morrow! He represents your practice and profession extremely well! I read 20 patient surveys. To save time, I concur entirely with all of them. Faith was the Doc’s assistant. One additional comment though is the great referral I was given for follow up treatment as I had no regular dentist to install the final crown. I needed the procedures done quickly as I was going out of the country shortly after the whole ordeal began!

Dr. Baird helped me understand the procedure, was very confident, diligent and through in this procedure. Although the tooth that was to be repaired was too far gone, he discovered the adjacent tooth’s roots were dead and were contributing to my pain, and operated on that one as well. My genetics have caused years of pain in my teeth, but now I have some permanent solutions through Dr. Baird’s care.

Dr. Leslie Malueg gets a 10 for bedside manner! She came in and introduced herself and shook my hand and then explained to me everything that she was going to do. Even during the procedure I felt that I was not just a nameless patient but an actual human being for whom Dr. Leslie and Faith were truly concerned that everything would go smoothly and as painlessly as possible. The Dr & assistant… were awesome.. I had some degree of apprehension but they were great at releasing any apprehension . VERY accommodating..as apparently I was getting a temporary filling & have to make another appointment at my dentist for permanent filling.. I am all about 1 stop shopping… They did accommodate me after giving my dentist a courtesy call..,I love my dentist but after stressing over this root canal for a few weeks (apparently I had this issue with a crown I had done 4-5 yrs ago that my current dentist found.. Piedmont Endo was beyond awesome.. The care I received was Fabulous… No pain or discomfort & I appreciated the continuity of care.. Thanks a ton!!

Big shout out to my girl Sherry. She is the best in trying to comfort me in every step of the process. Her engaging me in a conversation was not just very pleasant but it also took the edge off my nervousness. Dr. Stanley is a very personal professional explaining every step of the process and always keeping me comfort. Under his lead the time flew by and before I realized it I was out of the chair. And Im sure it wasnt the Nitrous oxide 🙂 Who knew that a root canal therapy can be a pleasant experience. But these special human's made it happen. Thank you once again!!
