I have been seen recently for two emergency root canals. My entire experience was absolutely top notch. Doctor and Staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, supportive and informative. My comfort was a top priority along with the excellent treatment I received. Everyone went out of their way to make sure i received the best care. Thank you to all.

Lisa helped me emotionally prepare for the procedure and she was pleasant. She eased my mind. Dr. Stanley was amazing. He thoroughly explained what was going to happen and I didn't feel like he was rushing. He made getting a root canal less stressful. I'm glad my dentist referred me to Piedmont Endodontics - everyone was very professional, patient and caring. I was surprised and now that the procedure is done, glad that they could see me within an a couple of hours of seeing my dentist. I don't think I could deal with the pain much longer.

I've had many root canals and other endodontic treatments in my life, and NO practice has ever come close to being as nurturing, pain-free, modern and patient-centered as this one. If the other doctors are as good as the wonderful Dr. Stanley, I recommend this place wholeheartedly. I'd still rather have a hot-fudge sundae than a root canal, but ... my experience here was highly informative and totally pain-free.

I can't pick a favorite. The entire experience was the best ever. The root canal was nearly pain-free. I was given ear phones for music, reassurance throughout the entire process. I was informed that the procedure would take about 45 minutes--it seemed much shorter. I was offered juice, water, and coffee afterwards. The staff walked me to my car to be sure I was ok. If you need a root canal you couldn't go to a better office.

Doctor Stanley is fun, easy to communicate with, and expert in doing root canals. I thoroughly enjoyed (!) visiting with him and his assistant. They both do a superb job of explaining what will go in and is going on. I have had root canals by 3 endodontists before, and they are simply the best!

The caring personnel, complete education and answering all questions. Best of all, procedure was not painful (as I had feared) and completed right away. I am so thankful that I was scheduled as soon as I called regarding the referral/consultation, and procedure completed on the same day. Every encounter was a pleasure.

I was a work in patient and was treated very nicely by all your staff, I was very nervous about the work that was to be done. I was quickly calmed and knew that I was in GOOD HANDS with Sherry, and also with Dr. Stanley when came into the room. I could not have asked for any better treatment that day. If I ever have to come back I would request these 2 to handle my treatment.

This place is one in a million. They truly invest in every single patient. They will not do anything without telling you first. Dr. Stanley went above and beyond to make sure I even understood why he was doing each step. The entire experience was great considering I'm scared to death of the dentist...hence why I needed a root canal! I'm not sure it marked my stars but this place is FIVE STAR all the way!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like the way Dr Stanley was very patient and spoke in a gentle, calming manner. His assistants were very nice to me, but I was still nervous when the doctor came in. The doctor explained (my issue) in terms that I could understand and then provided suggestions. When I went back for the second visit, he performed an unscheduled surgery and everyone jumped in to help right away without complaining. It is great to have a skilled doctor that explains and stays in the room until all of your questions are answered. He never got irritated because of my many questions. I have been at other offices where I feel like a number (because they are rushing to the next patient), but this office treated me like a person. Other than the reason of why I was going there (lol), my experience was wonderful.

It was after 4 pm and I was worked in as an emergency case. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. I walked into the office in so much pain I had a difficult time thinking clearly, but from the front staff to the chair side assistant to Dr. Stanley I was made to feel as ease about my situation. They worked swiftly to bring relief to my pain. Thank you so much. Hopefully I will not be in need of your services again, but if I should I would not want anyone else to help me but you.

I had a root canal on a pre-molar with Dr. Morgan and his awesome assistant the day before my visit with Dr. Stanley. While Dr. Morgan did a great job, due to where the nerve was located with this tooth I remained in pain. I came in and saw Dr. Stanley who explained why I was having pain still. This was basically due to like having a bad bruise on the bone around this cluster of nerves that ran the entire jaw line. Dr. Stanley explained he would give me a steroid injection to settle things down, but it might not be comfortable like and steroid injection. I would say the Novocain injection was the worst part and it wasn't bad. He was finished with the steroid injection in no time and let me know it would take about 4 hours to work. He was right on the money. 4 hours later I felt so much relief. Thank you Dr. Stanley for being the best! I hope it's a long time before I ever have to see you again, but if the need arises, you are my first choice!

Having the actual Root Canal is not what I expected whatsoever. I'm not a very good patient when it comes to Dental procedures so my anxiety was topping the chart. I have to say the staff, from beginning to end, made this an experience which provided understanding, care and compassion. I was much more relaxed than I anticipated. Dr. Stanley and his assistant, Sherry communicated each step to me explaining the "why" and "how" clearly painting what to expect and made sure that I experienced little to no discomfort. I never thought I would say this, but going to the dentist was actually a positive experience. Great job!!
