Matthew W. Baird, DDS

I saw Dr. Baird and his wonderful staff on a Friday regarding several teeth for which I had been referred by my general dentist. The kindness of the staff was evident from the moment I stepped in the door. Dr. Baird and his staff performed extensive testing of the teeth in question, explaining what they were doing and why with each step. Treatment recommendations were made and I felt well informed and comfortable with the information given to make a knowledgeable decision about which care was best for my situation. Fortunately, no treatment was required at this time but if or when I need endodontic treatment I will return to this practice without hesitation. THANK YOU for being so wonderful!

I am a senior citizen and have been to the dentist more times than I would like to remember. It is my least favorite thing to do. Thanks to the staff, Ashley and Dr Baird my problem was solved and I am on my way to recover!!! I will refer all my friends.

It was great I didn’t feel a thing I was still the whole time, and the doctors there were really friendly they even gave you relaxing music to listen to (earbuds/song of youre choice) if you needed to drown out the sound, If you haven’t been I totally recommend it.

They continued to check on me during procedure, and explained everything that they did, from lowering my chair to applying the dental dam. They provided me with headphones and a warmed blanket and safety goggles which were shaded, so it helped keep me sedate and peaceful.

Dr. Baird and his assistant prepared me for the steps that would occur during my procedure. They constantly check to be sure I was doing okay. Then made sure what I could expect after returning home. Appreciate their care and concern.

Dr. Baird and assistant Dawn were very thorough in my evaluation,they answered all my many questions and concerns,made my visit very comfortable,they did an excellent job in taking care of me and my visit was TOTALLY pain free. Piedmont Endo is very responsive to it's clients. Both of my visits were "emergencies" as a couple of capped teeth became sensitive and very painful. These folks got me worked in right away and resolved my issues during both events. Dr. Baird is great! Very personable and explained what was going on as he went. The entire staff, at check in, prep, procedural and check out, are simply a pleasure to deal with during each visit.

I am one of those Nervous Ninnies with anxiety issues, and Dr. Baird is one of those exceptional Dentist with patience, understanding and kindness. He got me to relax so well during my over an hour surgery, that dare I say it, but he actually had me humming to a song I was listening to!!! I really do not do well at all with dental visits, so I consider Dr. Baird exceptional. I can't thank Dr. Baird and Ashley enough. They are a Dynamic Duo! I highly recommend them to anyone, but especially if you have anxiety issues. "Deep breaths, in and out through your nose, just relax and think calm thoughts!!!" Thanks again for making my surgery very manageable for me.

I was in so much pain from a tooth and I got in touch with Dr Baird as he was on call for emergency s and I needed a root canal. I was able to go in Saturday and get it taken care of he and his assistant were very kind and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I recomend Dr Baird as he was very careful when doing the procedure and gave detailed instructions on the steps during a root canal.

My experience from the time I walked in to check in at the front desk with the receptionists was pleasant; Beth took my information. Everyone welcomed me with a smile. I was very pleased with Dr. Baird's assistants, Dawn and Lisa. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed because I was in severe pain with my cracked tooth. Dr. Baird and Dawn explained the procedure in detail of what needed to take place to get me out of pain. I left knowing I had been sincerely taking care of at this facility. Also the following morning I received a phone call from the office,checking on me to see how I was doing. For a root canal it was a very pleasant experience and completely painless.the dr and his nurse Dawn explained every step of the way to me so I would know what to expect. Dr Mathew Baird and Dawn were great.

Dr. Baird was extremely through, explained everything before he did it, and listened to and answered all my questions. His assistant, Tonya B, was amazing! She explained everything so well that when it came time, I had no questions! She and Dr. Baird were gentle with me (I'm a wimp!) and didn't make me feel like I was being whiny! If I have to come back for another procedure then I would love to have these two again! But, everyone I encountered was extremely nice and courteous.

My experience there was wonderful. My exact words when I told people about my visit was "It was the best dental experience that I had ever had. I wished that they did dental work because I would sure move to that office. I didn't have any pain at all and they were wonderful". Dr. Baird and Ashley are the BEST! They were so nice and caring.
