Dr. Maleug was very gentle, patient and described everything that she did/would do during the procedure. I felt like I was in excellent care and I would definitely ask for her next time. Highly recommend this office and the staff. They were all professional and very caring. I never felt any pain before or during the procedure. Thank you Piedmont Endodontics!

First if all your office is beautiful and very inviting. The receptionist were kind, courtesy and very helpful making the check-in process easy. Faith was sweet and helped me get comfortable in the chair as I'm recovering from a double lumbar fusion. She was also excellent help to Dr. Malueg who, with kindness, gentleness and professionalism, provided some of the best dental care I have ever had! I was so impressed with my overall care and highly recommend this group to anyone needing Endodonic care!

I read 20 patient surveys. To save time, I concur entirely with all of them. Faith was the Doc’s assistant. One additional comment though is the great referral I was given for follow up treatment as I had no regular dentist to install the final crown. I needed the procedures done quickly as I was going out of the country shortly after the whole ordeal began!

Dr. Leslie Malueg gets a 10 for bedside manner! She came in and introduced herself and shook my hand and then explained to me everything that she was going to do. Even during the procedure I felt that I was not just a nameless patient but an actual human being for whom Dr. Leslie and Faith were truly concerned that everything would go smoothly and as painlessly as possible. Dr. Malueg and Bridgett were absolutely great. They are caring, comforting and made me feel completely at ease during the procedure. They explained everything they were doing, answered any question I had and went over all post instructions so I left with utmost confidence in the experience. This was at Winston office, (wasn’t listed in choice of location). Dr Leslie Maleug, and her assistant, was excellent. So caring and explained every step. This was a painless procedure and was completed so timely. Cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience. Highly recommend this office! Dr Maleug is the absolute Best!

Both Dr. Malueg and Paige took time to explain every step of the procedure...before, during, and after. They have great "bed side manner"! Hopefully, I'll never need another root canal, but if I need to see an endodontist again, I will return to Dr. Malueg and Paige.

I was able to get an appointment the next day from seeing my dentist. Everyone was so wonderful. I was nervous because of things people have said about root canals through the years but my experience was NOTHING like the horror stories I had been told! Fillings have been more painful. Everything was explained and they checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was handling it ok. I would definitely recommend Piedmont Endodontics to anyone. And although I hope I don’t need to return...if I do need to I would so happily!

I imagine most people don't particularly like going to the dentist or to an endodontist, myself included. From the time I arrived at Piedmont Endodontics until I left, I was very pleased with my experience. At no time was I experiencing pain or fear. I was treated like royalty. I was given tinted glasses, headphones to listen to my own music and a warm blanket for even more comfort!!! Dr. Malueg and her assistant Paige were both wonderful. I don't recall ever having a visit of this type where I was so relaxed and never hurt from any of the procedures they did, including x-rays, numbing and the actual root canal. The discharge instructions given by both Dr. Malueg and Paige were just as clear and understandable as their concern for my treatment and comfort. I would not hesitate to return to this office and highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work of this nature. My overall rating for them is ....Excellent!!!!
