Dr. Stuart B. Fountain is a native of High Point.  He earned his A.B. Degree at Davidson College, D.D.S. Degree at the School of Dentistry, UNC-Chapel Hill, and his M.S. (Dentistry) at the School of Dental Medicine, University of Pennsylvania.   Dr. Fountain is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.  Formerly, he was a full-time faculty member at the School of Dentistry, UNC-Chapel Hill where he was the first director of the graduate program in Endodontics.  He is the Past-President of the North Carolina Dental Society, Past-National President of the American Association of Endodontics, and Past-First Vice President of the American Dental Association.  He retired in 2001 after a distinguished 40 year career in the dental profession.
